Korea Institute of Sport Science (KISS)
The Korean Institute of Sports Science was founded in 1989. The primary mission of the KISS is scientific research in the field of basic and applied sciences. The research areas include exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, and sports sociology.
Another of the functions of the KISS is maintaining a support system, through developing up-to-date scientific programs to support elite and professional athletes, national and junior teams.
