Technique

  1. Stand a couple of feet from the wall
  2. Place hands on the wall, shoulder width apart
  3. Keep you torso and legs aligned
  4. Bend your arms and lower your chest to the wall, then straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat this action 5-20 times.
