Gwangju 2019

The South Korean city of Gwangju was awarded the 2019 World Swimming Championships. It was the 18th FINA World Championships.

Most of the competitions were held at the Main Aquatics Centre, built for the 2015 Summer Universiade which was also hosted in Gwangju.

The event was held from July 12-28, 2019.
