Gymnastics The Most Demanding Sport (Men's Journal)

In 2003 the Men's Journal magazine analyzed a large number of sports and found gymnastics to be the most demanding. The physical demands of a gymnast are great, though there is limited contact and not a lot of endurance required. Don't agree with this list? Method

The most demanding sport was determined by assigning numerical values to sports in the following categories: fitness, skills, brains, pain (the chance of injury or death), contact, venue and intangibles.
