Sport Details

• The game consists of two teams, each with 5-7 players.
  
• A match is played in a rectangular arena divided into two halves.
  
• Each player is equipped with a harness and a lightweight foam ball.
  
• The game starts with both teams lined up at their respective bases.
  
• After a whistle blow, players have 10 minutes to tag opponents.
  
• A player is 'out' if they are tagged by an opposing player and must return to their base for 30 seconds.
