Which method do you use to measure body composition?

There are many types of methods for measuring and monitoring body composition. Which one do you use, or which one does an assessor use when you are tested?

The main methods in use are listed - there are many more. If you use one that is not on the list, check 'other'.

Other methods may include: Ponderal Index, Hydrostatic Weighing, Whole-body Air-Displacement Plethysmography (BodPod), Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DEXA), Near Infrared Interactance, Total Body Potassium (TBK), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Total Body Electrical Conductivity (TOBEC), Computed Tomography (CT) and Total Body Protein (TBP).
