Should sports women get as much prize money as men?
The lists of sports Top Earning Women clearly demonstrates the differences in pay between the men and women. In terms of promotional power, the male athletes generally dominate and rightly demand more of the prize money on offer. In recent years tennis is a sport which has increased the payment in women's tournaments to match the men, but is this justified? Tell us what you think - should women be getting paid as much as the men?

- Women do deserve the same prize money. it is clearly discrimination against them. what about all the government says about making a change, i guess they never do. (from Jordan Byrnes, Mar 2013)
- Women clearly don't deserve the same prize money as there male counterparts, particularly in tennis. If they want the same prize money they should start playing 5 sets! Wouldn't it be nice to work part-time and receive a full time salary? Kick out the grunters! (from Ando, Mar 2013)
