Should the soccer rules be changed to increase the number of goals scored?
A criticism of the sport of soccer, particularly in the US, is the low number of goals and the high number of drawn games. I can imagine most fans and players from around the world would not want to make any drastic changes to the game of football, but those who do, in what way do you think it would be suitable to change the rules to increase the chances of scoring?
