Which world athletics record time will be broken next

Which world athletics record time will be broken next, the 100m in 9.5 seconds or a marathon in 2 hours? This poll was started a few years ago when the 100m world record was still 9.78 (it is now 9.58 seconds by Usain Bolt) and the marathon record was 2:04.55 (it is currently 2:01:09 by Kenya's Eliud Kipchoge), so they are both getting closer. In 2019, Kipchoge broke the 2 hour barrier, but had a little help so it was not official.

When the poll was closed in 2025, the marathon record was the most common response.
