1998 UEFA Champions League

The UEFA Champions League is an annual football club competition played between the European national league champions and other top clubs from Europe.

Originally, the competition involved only the winning team in each national league, but since the 1997–98 season, multiple entrants from certain countries was allowed.

The final of the 1998 Champions League was played at Amsterdam Arena, Amsterdam, Netherlands on May 20, 1998. The match was won by Real Madrid, Spain.
