1991 Copa América in Chile
The 1991 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 35th edition of the tournament.
The tournament saw the participation of the ten CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
In the final round, Argentina secured the title by finishing first in the standings, ahead of Brazil, winning their 13th Copa América title.

- The mascot for 1991 was Guaso, a huaso, dressed in the colors of Chile's flag. See more about Copa América Mascots.
- 1991 was the last time that the tournament consisted of only CONMEBOL member nations. From now on usually two non-CONMEBOL nations were invited (except for in 2021)
