1945 Copa América in Chile

The 1945 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 18th edition of the tournament.

The tournament saw the participation of seven CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Uruguay.

The event was held in a round-robin format where each team played against the others once, and Argentina emerged as the winner by finishing at the top of the standings, claiming their sixth Copa América title, and the first of three consecutive titles: 1945, 1946 and 1947.
