1925 Copa América in Argentina
The 1925 Copa América was held in Argentina. It was the 9th edition of the tournament.
The tournament saw the participation of three CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
The event was held in a round-robin format, where each team played the others twice, and Argentina emerged as the winner by securing the most points, claiming their second Copa América title.
Trivia
- At the time the tournament was named the South American Championship. It was not called the Copa América until after 1967.
