The Pacific Mini Games
The Pacific Mini Games (known as South Pacific Mini Games prior to 2009) is a scaled-down version of the larger Pacific Games, providing a competitive platform for athletes from smaller Pacific nations, allowing them to compete at an international level. The games also promote cultural exchange, unity, and friendship among the participating nations.
The Pacific Mini Games was first held in 1981 in Honiara, Solomon Islands, and are usually held every four years, in the intervening years between the main Pacific Games.
