Gymkjana is a multi-game equestrian event that is performed to display the talents of the horses and their riders.
Barrel RacingThe popular events of equestrian gymkhana consist of Barrel Racing, pole bending, flag race, key hole, and stake race. Some of the organized gymkhana competitions even include ride and run, egg stomp, $5 bill race, and sack race.
Gymkhana events are mostly organized to challenge the horses and the riders’ ability to work together. They also demonstrate skills like speed, flying changes, sliding stops, and a lot more. People of all ages can participate in this sport.
