Australian NRL Team Names

Rugby League teams in the NRL (Australian/New Zealand) are more popularly known by their team nicknames. The Dolphins will join the league in 2023. It is the first time the NRL has expanded since 2007 when the Gold Coast Titans were admitted to the competition. See also the list of Rugby League National Team Names.
