2011 International AFL Combine

Here is information about an international Australian Football combine in 2011. These international combines use the same tests as conducted at the AFL Draft Combine.

As part of the AFL Youth Oceania Cup tournament in Fiji in December 2011, there was another combine event held.

Highlights include PNG’s co-captain Jason So-ong scoring 29 from 30 in the clean hands test, along with Yoshi Harris (GWS international scholarship holder) who scored 18 from 20 in the kicking test, but also achieved an 80 cm vertical jump – which was better than any recorded at the AFL Draft combine. Another two players also reached 80cm - Sione Tupuo (Tongan captain) and Shem Tatupu (NZ).
