Zimbabwe at the T20 World Cup

Zimbabwe first played at the T20 World Cup in 2007, and has played in all tournaments since, except in 2009 and 2021. In 2009, Zimbabwe withdrew from the tournament, and in 2021 was not eligible due to suspension.

At the 2007 World Cup, the team surprised everyone in their first match with a win over Australia by five wickets. This was possibly their best performance at the World Cup. They have never progressed past the first round in any of their appearances.

Zimbabwe, played in the 2022 tournament, in one game beating eventual finalist Pakistan, though missed out on qualifying for the 2024 tournament.
