Mountain Biking at the Commonwealth Games

Mountain biking is a grueling cross country cycling event, a discipline which has been part of the cycling at the Commonwealth Games. Mountain Biking is the most recent addition to the Commonwealth Games Cycling program. It first appeared on the Commonwealth Games program in 2002, then again in 2006 and from 2014 until 2022. It has been dropped for 2026. There were two gold medals on offer - individual events for men and women.
