St Kitts and Nevis at the Commonwealth Games
St Kitts and Nevis is one of the smallest nations of the Commonwealth. St Kitts and Nevis has a population of about 39,000. This two-island country lies in the northern part of the Leeward Islands group of the Lesser Antilles in the Eastern Caribbean. The two islands are separated by a channel 3km in width. St Kitts and Nevis made their debut in the Commonwealth Games in 1990. It officially joined the Commonwealth in 1983 and has attended all Commonwealth Games since 1990.

- In 1978 at team from St Christopher (Kitts) and Nevis and Anguilla competed at the Commonwealth Games, and results from this team is often included with St Kitts (Christopher) and Nevis
- A resident of St Kitts and Nevis captured one of the most prized medals in Manchester when Kim Collins sprinted to victory in the 100m in 2002. This is their only medal (prior to 2014).
